Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Found+Free Co., Christ-centered, Scripture-built, apparel that speaks.

 

ORDER FAILED TO DELIVER:

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. With Found+Free Co. orders, they will be sent back to our shipping facility. When that happens, Found+Free Co. will contact you to resolve the issue. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

 

DAMAGED OR MISLABELED ITEMS:

At Found+Free Co., we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. Before shipping, all orders go through a 3-step quality check before the items are sent out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

 

BUYER'S REMORSE:

Found+Free Co. only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. 

 

SIZE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds.

Our products are all standard sizes, so no surprises, and what you see, is what you get. Additionally, before completing your order, to ensure complete satisfaction with your order, we encourage our customers to view the product size guide and descriptions included on each item's display page so that they can be assured of what size will be the right fit for them.
